Khadamat is a facilities management company that provides comprehensive service to ICAD residential city. Khadamat services include housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping and 24 hour security catering to ICAD Residential City residents. In a short period of time, Khadamat has built a team in excess of 500 professional catering to the requirements of the residents of IRC.

Founded in 2006 the Khadamat Vision is “To be a comprehensive facility management service provider offering our residents the most efficient and timely professional service.” Khadamat works towards this vision through building its team as well as partnering with select external service providers.
